Ali is the firm’s brand ambassador, consistently establishing strategic relationships with affiliated companies.

Ali’s work in the mortgage industry dates back to 2004 and, since then, he has won multiple awards in recognition of his achievements.

To consolidate and build on the success of his mortgage brokering, Ali helped established ZSA Mortgagesin 2015. The primary focus of his practice is on fund raising for private mortgages, with an increasing emphasis on development finance.

Originally from Iran, Ali arrived in Canada in 1990. Since then, he has become well established in the community, with charity work an increasingly important part of his life.
